David Gould

David Gould is the Chief Diversity and Impact Officer at Harris Blitzer Sports & Entertainment, a position held since September 2020. Previously, David served as the Executive Director of the Sixers Youth Foundation and Wilt Chamberlain Memorial Fund with the Philadelphia 76ers for a brief period in 2020. David has substantial experience in community engagement as the Deputy Director of Community Engagement and Communications for the City of Philadelphia's Rebuild initiative from 2016 to 2020. Additionally, David held multiple roles at the William Penn Foundation from 2012 to 2016, including Program Officer focusing on new initiatives and Program Associate. Earlier experience includes a role as Program Assistant at Public/Private Ventures. David's academic credentials include a Master of Public Administration from the Fels Institute of Government at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from the University of Rochester.
