Ismael López Carrero

Ismael López Carrero is an experienced AI and language specialist currently serving as an AI & Channel Automation Specialist at HBX Group since June 2024, where responsibilities include leading AI implementation projects and developing innovative AI solutions. Previously, Ismael worked at Accenture as a Generative AI Engineer, focusing on advanced speech analytics and large language models for IA development. Ismael's background also includes a role as an NLP Specialist at Evolutio, where NLP techniques were deployed to transform natural language data, and extensive experience at Google in various capacities, contributing to the development of Google Assistant in Spanish through linguistic data design and workflow reviews.
