Rebecca Collins

Rebecca Collins is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in global and strategic HR roles. Currently serving as the Global Senior HR Business Partner Director at HBX Group since July 2023, Rebecca previously held positions including Global Senior HR Business Partner on a contract basis at Berkeley Research Group LLC and Head of HR at Vanquis Banking Group. In the latter role, Rebecca managed HR functions for both Moneybarn and the Technology & Change division. Additional experience includes leadership roles at BBA Aviation plc, Vodafone, and Virgin Media Business, among others. Rebecca holds a PgD in Human Resource Management and a BA Hons in European Studies, with advanced studies conducted in France as part of an ERASMUS exchange.
