Holly Buckley

Holly Buckley is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and compliance across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Legal at HC-One since April 2024, Holly previously held roles including Senior Legal Counsel and Corporate Lead at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, where responsibilities included managing transactions, commercial contracts, and ESG compliance. At the Ellen MacArthur Foundation, Holly contributed as Senior Legal Counsel and interim Head of Legal, focusing on strategic advice and compliance in a rapidly growing environment. Additional experience includes working as Sole Legal Counsel and EMEA lead at Envision Energy, and as Senior Associate at DAC Beachcroft LLP, where Holly specialized in M&A, corporate governance, and investment. Holly holds a Distinction in the Legal Practice Course from Nottingham Law School and a 2:1 LLB from the University of Leicester.
