Ryan Carl Northey Chartered MCIPD possesses extensive experience in human resources and related fields. Currently serving as an HR Services Administrator at HC-One since September 2021, Ryan manages HR Helpdesk queries and previously worked as a Resourcing Advisor, contributing to the recruitment of a dedicated workforce of 22,500 individuals. Active in the CIPD Tees Valley Branch as a committee member since March 2021, Ryan has also held roles at Gi Group as a Recruitment Consultant and Diversity & Inclusion Committee Member. Prior experience includes co-founding NSBiolabs, working at JD Wetherspoon and The Good Burger Co. in various management roles, and serving as a temporary manager at Subway.
