Charlie Clarke

Charlie Clarke is the SVP of Technology at hc1.com. Charlie previously served as Program Director at Anthem, Inc., where they were responsible for multiple contracts supporting the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services' Office of Communications contract center operations. The NGD system provides Medicare beneficiaries, and Affordable Care Act consumers with a unified customer service platform. Charlie also provided oversight of all KPI’s and Service Level Agreements including software development and IT operations. Additionally, they oversaw IT operations including disaster recovery, incident management, business continuity and capacity planning.

Prior to their time at Anthem, Inc., Charlie served as Director of Application Development at Anthem, Inc. from January 2006 to December 2014. Before that, they were Manager of Application Development at Adminastar Federal/Wellpoint from September 2002 to September 2006. Their career began as Manager at Ciber from January 1998 to December 2002.

Charlie Clarke has a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Notre Dame. Charlie is also certified from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner.

Charlie Clarke reports to Brad Bostic, Chairman and CEO. Charlie Clarke works with Wesley B. Wong - Director of Clinical Affairs, Chris Brown - Chief Operating Officer, and Peter J. Plantes - Physician Executive.
