Gerald Pettway

Gerald Pettway serves as the Chief Operating Officer of HC3. Currently, he leads the IT Infrastructure, Data Programming, Client Services, and Print Production teams. Gerald brings over 23 years of software development and business operations experience to HC3. He has worked in the public safety, healthcare, communications, and national security industries. Prior to joining HC3, Gerald served as the Operations Manager for the Call Handling division of Motorola Solutions.

Mr. Pettway received his BS in Computer Information Systems from Alabama State University. In his spare time, Gerald enjoys officiating high school basketball and football, women’s college lacrosse, and men’s college basketball.
