Andrew Pate

Andrew Pate, HCMBA, is an experienced healthcare administrator currently serving as Administrator of Surgery Ventures at HCA Healthcare's TriStar Division since January 2023. Previously, Andrew held the position of Director of Supply Chain Operations at TriStar Centennial Medical Center from December 2018 to December 2022, managing surgical services supply chain operations. Andrew's earlier roles include O.R. Supply Chain Manager and Associate Director of Supply Chain at HealthTrust Purchasing Group, where emphasis was placed on enhancing provider performance and clinical excellence. Andrew also gained experience through internships at Parallon, Covenant Health, and Aladdin Temp-Rite, contributing to various aspects of supply chain and operational management. Andrew holds an MBA in Healthcare from Belmont University and a BBA in Supply Chain Management from the University of Tennessee, complemented by a LEAN Healthcare Certificate.
