Charlotte Burns

Charlotte Burns has a distinguished career in healthcare management, holding senior leadership roles at HCA Healthcare's TriStar Division since February 2013, including Senior Vice President of Network Development and Senior Vice President of Service Lines and Network Development. Prior to this, Charlotte served as ACHE Regent for Tennessee from March 2017 to March 2020 and was actively involved in public health, serving on boards for the Tennessee Department of Health and the Health Services Development Agency. Early career experience includes a tenure at Hardin Medical Center, where Charlotte ascended from RN to CEO, and an advisory role with The Breakaway Group.
