Kayla Thomas, MBA, LNHA, currently serves as Division Medical Staff Coordinator at HCA Healthcare in the TriStar Division since October 2022. Previously, Kayla worked as a Healthcare Recruiter at trustaff, managing candidate placements and onboarding processes, and as Medical Spa Manager at Salameh Plastic Surgery, where leadership of a multidisciplinary team was key to achieving patient care goals. Kayla’s experience also includes roles as Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency Program Coordinator at Med Center Health, focusing on the operational and financial management of a training program, and as Memory Care Coordinator at Christian Care Communities, emphasizing staff education and resident care. Kayla holds an MBA from the University of the Cumberlands and a bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration from Western Kentucky University.
