Kimberly Charlton

Kimberly Charlton currently serves as a Nursing Manager at HCA Florida Healthcare, focusing on Medical Oncology since March 2022. Previously, Kimberly held various positions at Novant Health as an ED RN from October 2017 to April 2020 and at HCA where Kimberly progressed from ED Clinical Coordinator to ED Manager and then ED Director between 2013 and April 2016. Kimberly possesses a Master's degree in Nursing Leadership from Jacksonville University, obtained between 2012 and 2014, and a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing from the University of South Florida, completed in 2011.
