Sasha Smith

Sasha Smith, MSN, RN, NE-BC, is an accomplished nursing professional currently serving as the Division Vice President of Nursing Operations at HCA Florida Healthcare since March 2023, after previously holding the position of Division Director of Nursing Operations. Prior experience includes the role of Director of Clinical Informatics at Oviedo Medical Center from September 2021 to April 2023, and Director of Nursing at HCA from May 2017 to September 2021. With a strong background in oncology-related nursing, Sasha managed a 31-bed Oncology/Medical Telemetry unit and the Vascular Access Team at Florida Hospital from February 2013 to April 2017, serving various oncology and surgical oncology specialties. Earlier career roles include assistant nurse manager and performance improvement coordinator at St. Vincent's HealthCare, alongside experience as a Medical Telemetry Staff RN. Sasha holds a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Leadership and Management from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of North Florida.
