Amber Boes

Amber Boes is an accomplished nursing executive with a wealth of experience in leadership roles within healthcare. Currently serving as the Division Chief Nursing Executive at HCA Healthcare since May 2024, Amber previously held the same title at HCA MidAmerica Division from October 2021 to October 2024. Prior to these positions, Amber was the Chief Nursing Officer at Centerpoint Medical Center from June 2016 to October 2021 and at Lee's Summit Medical Center from August 2012 to June 2016. Amber's career in nursing leadership began as the Director of Oncology, Med/Surg, & Nephrology at Research Medical Center, where Amber worked from September 2004 to August 2012.
