Amy Ware

Amy Ware, MHA, MEd, FACHE, currently serves as Associate Regional Vice President of Oncology at HCA Healthcare, where leadership focuses on advancing comprehensive cancer services across a vast healthcare network in Tennessee and Kentucky. Previously, Amy was Senior Hospital Advisor to the CEO at the Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center, driving growth initiatives for one of the nation’s largest cancer programs. Earlier in career at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, strategic efforts as Manager of Strategic Planning and Business Development contributed to significant revenue and market share growth. Amy's foundational experience includes enhancing operational performance across clinical departments and advocating for patients at The Ohio State University. Additionally, as Executive Director of Little Miracles Early Childhood Development Center, Amy successfully streamlined operations and increased program enrollment. Academic qualifications include ongoing doctoral studies in Health Administration at Franklin University, along with two master's degrees and a bachelor's degree from The Ohio State University.
