Andrea B. Smith

Andrea B. Smith retired from Bank of America in December 2021 after nearly 34 years with the company. Most recently, she served as chief administrative officer (CAO) from August 2015 through December 2021. Previously, she led Global Human Resources from January 2010 to August 2015. Ms. Smith graduated from Southern Methodist University with a degree in economics. She also serves on the boards of several nonprofit organizations, including the PGA of America and the Charlotte Sports Foundation.
