Carolyn Forrest

Carolyn Forrest, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CLRL, possesses extensive experience in labor relations and workforce management. Currently serving as the Director of Labor Relations at HCA Healthcare, Carolyn has previously held significant roles including Director of Workforce Relations-North and Principal Consultant at Xcel Energy, and Senior Manager positions at Dex One that encompassed both Labor Relations and Human Resources. Additionally, Carolyn held management positions related to performance and labor relations at United Airlines and began a career as a Reservations Sales Agent at Continental Airlines. Carolyn holds a Master’s degree in Employment Law from Tulane University Law School, earned between 2018 and 2020, and has completed education at Regis University in 2010.
