Charlene Jones

Charlene Jones has extensive experience in employee benefits management, currently serving as Director of Employee Benefits at HCA since April 2002. Prior roles include Director of Benefits at Quorum from September 1996 to December 2001, Manager of Benefits at Arnold Engineering Development Center between January 1990 and September 1996, and Manager of Employee Benefits and Risk Management at Tropicana from September 1987 to October 1989. Charlene holds a Master of Science in Management from the University of Arkansas and a Bachelor of Science in Communications from The University of Memphis.
