Elise Rogers

Elise Rogers is an experienced healthcare executive currently serving as the Assistant Vice President of Strategy and Innovation at HCA Healthcare, a position held since May 2016. In this role, Elise provides strategic growth consulting for corporate and market initiatives related to women’s and children’s services, leads onsite assessments, and identifies operational opportunities. Previously, Elise was the Regional Vice President for Women’s and Children’s Services at HCA and served as the Senior Director of the Strategic Resource Group, where strategic planning activities were enhanced by analyzing market data and emerging trends.
