Kelsey Petty

Kelsey Petty, MHA, is a dedicated healthcare professional with a strong background in marketing and patient relations. Currently serving as the Marketing & Success Coordinator at The Ladder Alliance since January 2024, Kelsey previously held the positions of Marketing Coordinator and Outreach Liaison at BasePoint Academy from October 2022 to June 2023. Kelsey has experience as a Physician Liaison at The Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders from October 2020 to July 2022 and worked as a Patient Service Representative at Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation from July 2018 to October 2020. Earlier experience includes a role as a Sales Lead at Apple from September 2014 to November 2017 and as a Physical Therapy Technician at Texas Rehabilitation Hospital of Fort Worth between November 2015 and February 2017. Kelsey holds a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the same institution.
