Luke Routzon currently serves as the Supervisor of Logistics at Richmond Ambulance Authority, managing a team of Logistic Specialist Technicians in the upkeep and inspection of over 40 ambulances. With extensive experience as an Emergency Medical Technician, Luke has responded to over 100 emergency calls, providing critical support in urban prehospital settings. Additionally, Luke instructs Basic Life Support courses at both Brightpoint Community College and J Sargeant Reynolds Community College, guiding students through essential skills in emergency medical services. Previously, Luke worked with the Virginia Department of Emergency Management as an analyst and logistical planner, coordinating emergency notifications and distribution of personal protective equipment during the COVID-19 pandemic. Luke's career began with FEMA, where responsibilities included logistical planning and managing missions during disasters. Currently, Luke is pursuing an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Emergency Medical Technology, building on a foundation established with a National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians certification.
