Nicholas Manning

Nicholas Manning, FACHE, currently serves as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at HCA Healthcare since December 2021, overseeing a 304-bed trauma and stroke center and a 74-bed freestanding behavioral health hospital. Previously, Nicholas held the role of Chief Operating Officer at Rochester Regional Health, a highly-ranked 528-bed tertiary care facility recognized for excellence in multiple health services. Prior experience includes positions as Vice President of Operations and Senior Director of Performance Improvement at HCA Healthcare, Associate Administrator at Steward Health Care, and various management roles within HCA Healthcare from 2008 to 2014. Nicholas earned a Doctor of Public Health in Health Policy & Management from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, an MBA in Healthcare Management from the University of Scranton, and a Bachelor of Science in Health Administrative Services from Weber State University.
