Morgan Miller

Morgan Miller is a co-founder of HCAP Partners and served as a Managing Partner since the firm’s founding in 2000 until his retirement in 2018.

Over the past 25 years he has worked in mezzanine lending, equity investing, international banking and capital markets, financial management, strategic planning, finding solutions to troubled assets and has served on boards of various growing companies.

He earned an MA in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin where he received a fellowship from the U.S. Department of Defense and a BA from the University of California at San Diego where he graduated with highest academic honors.
