Nicki Windridge is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in HR management. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at HCB Solicitors since March 2016, Nicki leads a team of six staff members while overseeing HR and facilities management. Prior to this role, Nicki worked as an H.R. Advisor at I.M. Group from November 2014 to March 2016 and spent nearly 17 years at Intercity Telecom Ltd., holding various positions including HR Manager, Assistant HR Manager, and HR Assistant. Nicki's educational background includes studies at Cadbury College (1994-1996) and Harborne Hill School (1989-1994).
