Prior roles include Project Manager at JAAG MANAGEMENT CORP. from July 2015 to November 2020, and Captain & Engineer on multiple vessels, including Freewind II, Angele, Sliptease, Overlook, and Sun Cruz Casinos, between 1994 and 2019. Norman's responsibilities have consistently involved navigating and operating vessels safely, maintaining equipment, managing personnel, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Education includes a degree in marine engineering from Inter American University of Puerto Rico, obtained between 1990 and 1994.
