Sandra Fernandes has extensive experience in human resources and IT recruitment, currently serving as HR & Recruitment Team Lead and Senior IT Recruiter at HCCM Consulting, S.A. since July 2021, focusing on global IT position recruitment. Prior to this, Sandra held roles at Minsait and Tecnocom, managing recruitment processes, talent acquisition, and onboarding. Sandra has also functioned as a Human Resources Manager at both Tecnocom and Getronics, where responsibilities included payroll management, compliance with legal obligations, and the establishment of HR departments. Sandra began the career as a Consultant at Hays, overseeing commercial management and recruitment processes. Educational background includes a Licentiate degree in Human Resource Management from Universidade Lusófona - Centro Universitário Lisboa.
