Celeste Klay is a corporate bookkeeper and taxation director who has been with HCF Management, Inc. since 1998. Celeste began their career in 1986 with Kingston HealthCare Company before moving on to Arbor Health Care Company in 1992. In 1998, they joined HCF Management, Inc. as a Tax Accountant and was promoted to Collection & Cash Posting Manager in 2007. In their current role as Director – Taxation, they are responsible for federal, state, and local filings relating to payroll, city income tax, franchise tax, sales/use tax, real estate tax, and tangible and intangible personal property. Celeste also conducts tax research, compliance analysis, and risk management of unemployment, workers' compensation, safety, and drug free workplace programs.
