Carlos and his team utilize their refrigeration and code expertise in the performance of mechanical integrity inspections and evaluating refrigeration systems. Carlos brings extensive compliance, refrigeration, and facility management expertise that assists clients in the management of their process safety programs. In addition, this technical subject matter knowledge is utilized during hazard evaluations and formal Process Hazard Analysis studies. With over 25 years of industrial refrigeration system experience, Carlos is also a licensed electrician and trained on Principals of Mechanical Integrity and Relief Vent Design at the University of Wisconsin (IRC).
