Alannah Filip

Alannah Filip is a consultant at HCG since January 2021, specializing in organizational change and strategy to help global clients navigate transformative processes. Previously, Alannah served as a project officer at The Royal College of Psychiatrists for a national dementia audit, where responsibilities included data analysis and stakeholder engagement. Alannah's career also features roles as a junior behavioral change consultant at MCM and a recruitment coordinator at Resource Solutions, focusing on high-volume HR activities. In various temporary positions, including administrative roles across different sectors in Australia, Alannah demonstrated strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Alannah holds a master's degree in Organizational Psychology from The University of Manchester and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The University of British Columbia.
