Melanie Bella

Melanie Bella serves as an Executive Advisor at Cressey & Company and holds the position of Chair at the Medicaid and CHIP Payment and Access Commission (MACPAC). Additionally, Melanie is actively involved as a Board Member on the Finance Committee of The SCAN Foundation and serves as EVP of Policy & Duals Strategy at Cityblock Health. Previously, Melanie held the role of Senior Vice President for Policy & Strategy at Alignment Healthcare. Academic credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from DePauw University and further education at Harvard Business School from 1998 to 1999.
