Jenni Shields

Jenni Shields serves as the Vice President of Talent Acquisition for both Control Systems, Inc. and HCI Systems, Inc., roles held since August 2022. At Control Systems, Inc., Jenni leads national recruitment efforts, while at HCI Systems, Inc., oversight includes recruitment strategies and organizational growth initiatives across various levels, from technical roles to leadership positions. Prior to these positions, Jenni worked as a Recruiting Manager at Mason Group from May 2005 to August 2022. Jenni obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management from Boston University, graduating in 2005.
