Osmar Molina

Osmar Molina is an experienced Fire Alarm Designer with a strong background in drafting for low voltage building systems, having worked at HCI Systems, Inc. since February 2022 and previously at ADT Commercial and Building Electronic Control. Prior to specializing in fire alarm design, Osmar held CAD Operator positions at Commercial Controls, contributing to projects in access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection. Internships at Lewin Wertheimer Architect and Rios Clementi Hale Studios provided exposure to high-end residential projects and research. Osmar's early experience includes managerial roles at Ground Zero Performance Cafe during university studies at the University of Southern California, where a Bachelor of Science in Architecture was earned.
