Venkat Gogineni has over 15 years of experience in the IT industry, specializing in ServiceNow, Java full stack development, security, and cloud technologies. Currently at HCL Global Systems Inc since March 2015, Venkat has implemented ServiceNow across various modules including ITSM and ITOM, with expertise in service catalog and change management processes. Previously, as a Lead Enterprise Designer at CSC, Venkat contributed to large-scale ITSM and ServiceNow solutions, and as a Technical Lead at Cognizant Technology Solutions, focused on application development support. Venkat's career began as a Software Engineer at PB Systems and advanced through roles at Mahindra Satyam, culminating in a strong technical foundation supported by a Master of Science in Electronics from Acharya Nagarjuna University.
