Currently serving as Vice President & Head of People, Learning & Culture at HCL Healthcare India since February 2020, Sudeep has held significant roles including Group Head of HR at Regency Health and Regional Head of HR at Max Healthcare. Prior experience encompasses Chief Manager of Human Resources at Piramal Enterprises Limited and Regional Manager of Human Resources at Max New York Life Insurance Co. Ltd. Sudeep started the career as an Officer Trainee in HR and has progressed through various HR positions. Sudeep holds an MBA in Human Resources & Marketing from Prestige Institute of Management & Research and a Bachelor’s degree in Science (Computer Hons.) from Christian Eminent Academy.
