Ajay Bahl

Ajay Bahl is the Executive Vice President of MEGALT (Manufacturing; Energy and Utilities; Oil and Gas; Government; Aerospace and Defense; Logistics and Transportation; Travel and Hospitality) verticals for North America at HCL. In this role, his focus is on developing the vision, competencies, and leadership through industry-leading solutions that bring the best of HCL’s transformative technologies and capabilities such as Digital and Analytics, IoT, Cloud, Robotics, AI, Security, Engineering domains, among others.

Ajay is an HCL veteran, having joined the company in 1998 as part of the HCL Senior Management Trainee program. He has held many positions since then, including working on the CEO’s Strategic Leadership Team, Mergers and Acquisitions, Product Acquisitions, and Product Management.

Ajay has helped many F500 clients create Business Value through Transformation Programs that increase effectiveness, efficiency, and customer satisfaction holistically. As one of the key leaders who set the foundation of HCL’s Infrastructure Business in North America, he further engineered its success as a business line, becoming synonymous with HCL’s Global Leadership and Service Excellence.

Ajay has been a trailblazer and champion believer in relationship-oriented leadership, ensuring the best customer satisfaction and relationship across business lines. He is also part of HCL’s Customer Advisory Board, a global collaborative platform where HCL’s major C-level customers and thought leaders provide recommendations on critical strategic issues, share best practices and insights into future trends, solutions, and implementation approaches identified by HCL.
