Aadam Khan

Aadam Khan has a diverse range of work experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Aadam most recently worked as a Principal Executive Recruiter at Lightci, where they helped Fortune 500 companies and startups build and scale their engineering teams. Prior to that, Aadam worked as a Boxing Instructor at FightKlub Toronto and as a Senior Consultant at Odgers Interim, specializing in interim management and executive search. Aadam also worked as a National Talent Attraction Consultant at Grant Thornton LLP, a Recruitment Sourcing Specialist at HSBC, an Internal Recruitment Consultant at WilsonHCG, and a Technical Recruitment Consultant at FIND Staffing Solutions Inc. Earlier in their career, Aadam gained experience as a Recruitment Assistant at Investors Group.

Aadam Khan has a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Human Resources Management from Humber College. Aadam also obtained a certification in Unconscious Bias: From Awareness to Action from edX in 2021.
