Alexander Jenkins

Alexander Jenkins is an accomplished director with extensive experience in product management and customer experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of the Customer Experience Studio at HCL Software since August 2022, Jenkins previously held leadership roles including Head of Product at Openbay, VP Product at Notarize, and Director of Product at EverTrue. Jenkins has demonstrated expertise in developing innovative SaaS solutions and enhancing user experiences, with a strong background in mobile and social design from positions at Fidelity Investments, Microsoft FUSE Labs, and Endeca Technologies. Jenkins holds a dual degree in Advertising and English Literature from the University of Colorado Boulder.
