Ashar Pasha possesses over 25 years of extensive experience in strategic leadership and operational excellence across multiple industries, including technology and travel. Currently serving as the Head of Americas Channels and Global Head of OEM and ISV Alliances at HCLSoftware, Ashar focuses on driving global partnership initiatives and optimizing sales pipeline management for revenue growth. Previous roles at HCL Technologies included spearheading the Travel and Hospitality practice and directing pre-sales strategies. Earlier career highlights include leadership positions at Citibank and American Airlines, where Ashar developed innovative e-commerce and CRM strategies, significantly enhancing customer experience and organizational performance. Ashar holds a Master’s degree in Operations Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
