Justin Svoboda

Justin Svoboda is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and operational services. Currently serving as the Director of North America Renewals and Director of Customer Success Operations at HCLSoftware since July 2022, Justin has previously held significant roles at HCL Technologies as General Manager from August 2017 to July 2022. Prior experience includes Senior Vice President of Operational Services, Vice President of Operations, and Assistant Vice President of Client Relationship Manager at Urban Lending Solutions from November 2010 to August 2017, as well as roles at ISGN and MountainView Capital Group. Justin's academic background includes a BA in Spanish Linguistics from the University of Missouri-Columbia and studies at Universidad de Costa Rica and Universidad de Guadalajara.
