Dorota Piotrowska has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various roles and industries.

Dorota is currently serving as the VP of People and Organization Development at HCM Deck since April 2021.

Prior to this, they worked as an Advisory Board Member for HR Digital Product Strategy at Network Perspective starting from March 2020.

From September 2020 to March 2021, they held the position of Senior Leadership and Organization Development Lead at N26.

From 2018 to 2021, they worked with start-ups and scale-ups with a focus on people and workplace technology as a Subject Matter Advisor.

At Netguru, they served as the Head of People from September 2017 to February 2020.

Before that, they held the role of HR Director at Strefa Job from September 2015 to August 2017, where they contributed to the company's business strategy and developed organizational strategies.

Dorota also had a role as the People Development and DE&I Manager at Strefa Job from August 2014 to September 2015.

Their work experience also includes roles at Berlitz Corporation as a Learning and Development Manager and Cross-cultural & Global Leadership Trainer from May 2005 to August 2014.

Dorota had their own business as the Owner and Cross-cultural Trainer at BUSINESS communication&cross-cultural SKILLS from January 2009 to July 2014.

Early in their career, they had internships at Deutsche Welle in 2002 and the BBC in 2001.

Dorota Piotrowska has a diverse education history. In 1999-2001, they obtained a Master of Cross Cultural Studies from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. In 2011-2012, they attended Collegium Civitas, where they studied Knowledge & Talent Management/HR Business Partner. Later, in 2017-2018, they pursued an Advanced Award in Organization Design and Development from CIPD Qualifications in the UK. In 2020, they attended INSEAD for a program called Leading Organizations in Disruptive Times.

In addition to their formal education, Dorota has also obtained several certifications. In 2016, they became a Certified Diversity Professional from The Society For Diversity. In 2013, they acquired the certification of a Certified Berlitz Cross-cultural & Global Leadership Trainer from Berlitz Corporation.
