Jen Mims

Jennifer Mims currently serves as the Vice President of Partnerships at HCM Unlocked since March 2021, where the focus is on assisting businesses with the implementation and optimization of HCM Systems. Prior to this role, Jennifer was a Principal Major Market Sales Executive at Paycor from January 2016 to March 2021, contributing to the delivery of exceptional client experiences in HR and payroll solutions. Earlier experience includes an Account Executive position at J. Smith Lanier & Co. from January 2014 to January 2015, and a Major Accounts District Manager role at ADP from March 2010 to December 2013, which involved providing comprehensive cloud-based Human Capital Management solutions. Jennifer began a sales career at Pitney Bowes as a Sales Executive from June 2006 to December 2009. Recognition includes multiple Presidents Club and SuperStarts awards throughout the years.
