Mario de Lecce

Mario De Lecce is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in partnerships and financial institutions. Currently serving as VP - Head of Partnerships & Financial Institutions at Taktile since October 2025, Mario focuses on scaling global partnerships and driving the adoption of Taktile's decisioning platform within the financial ecosystem. Prior to this role, Mario held similar positions at Array and Bank Leumi USA, where responsibilities included building partnerships and expanding market coverage. Throughout a diverse career at major financial institutions such as Wells Fargo, HSBC, and Citi, Mario has developed specialized expertise in the Technology Media & Telecom sector, financial management, and business development. Mario holds an MBA in International Finance from SDA Bocconi and a BA in International Business from the University of San Diego.
