Staci Durant

Staci Durant, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the HR & Benefits Project Transformation Leader and Strategic HR Business Partner at HCM Unlocked since October 2023, focusing on creating strategic plans and delivering results for clients. Staci's previous roles include Service Delivery HR Business Partner and HCM HR Solutions Manager at PuzzleHR, where leadership in HR service solutions and HCM implementation was prioritized. Staci's experience spans multiple organizations including RNa Partners, Walmart, Bristol Myers Squibb, WellCare Health Plans, HealthPlan Services, Coca-Cola Refreshments, and Vangent, Inc., encompassing talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR consultancy functions. Staci holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Florida Metropolitan University and has pursued further education at Sacred Heart and the University of South Florida.
