Van Dickerson

Van Dickerson serves as the VP of Sales at HCM Unlocked since July 2023. Prior to this, Van held several leadership roles at Paylocity, including Enterprise Sales Director and Sales Director, emphasizing the importance of maximizing organizational value through talent. Experience also includes serving as an Account Executive at Appirio, where the focus was on delivering business results through timely technology implementation. Van's career began in the United States Air Force in logistics. Van holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Ball State University.
