David Prague

David Prague is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the cosmetics packaging industry. Since March 2016, David has served as SVP of New Project Development and Innovation at HCP Global Cosmetics Packaging. Prior to this role, David held multiple leadership positions at Topline Products, including SVP of Engineering & Manufacturing and VP of Operations, from June 2011 to February 2016. David also served as President and Managing Director at Shya Hsin Packaging USA from July 2009 to June 2011. Earlier in David's career, tenure at L'Oreal S.A. as Vice President of Packaging CPD spanned from September 2002 to June 2009, and prior to that, David was the Director of Sales & Marketing for Closures at Risdon from August 1996 to September 2002.
