André Mena Ávila

André Mena Ávila possesses extensive experience in the field of technology and innovation within healthcare, currently serving at Hospital de Clínicas de Porto Alegre (HCPA) since May 2008 in various strategic roles, including Member of the Innovation Board, Chief of the Support and Relationship Service, and Chief of Business Management Service. Responsibilities include promoting integration in innovation activities, guiding digital governance policies, managing corporate systems support teams, and overseeing new TIC projects. André has previously held positions at Embratec Good Card, HP Software, Stefanini, and ECS Inovação. Academically, André is pursuing an MBA in Public Management at Enap, and holds multiple specialized qualifications in Digital Health, Health Informatics, and Strategic IT Management, as well as a bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis from Universidade Católica de Pelotas.
