Rachael Smith

Rachael Smith has had extensive work experience in the healthcare sector. Rachael started their career at Depaul Community Services as a Program Director in May 2001, a role they held until February 2017. Rachael then joined HCR Home Care as a Health Home Care Manager from April 2017 to November 2017. Rachael advanced within HCR Home Care to become a Manager of Care Management from November 2017 to January 2020. Finally, they took on the role of Regional Director of Care Management at HCR Home Care in January 2020.

Rachael Smith completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Sociology from SUNY Brockport between 1997 and 2001.
