Tom Hayes is a Project and Change Lead at HCRG Care Group with previous experience as a Service Designer, Project Manager, Business Analyst, and Recruitment Assistant at Virgin Care. Prior to that, Tom worked as a Consultant at Vertex Resourcing, specializing in FMCG headhunting. Hayes obtained a 2:1 degree in Geography from the University of Exeter and completed their secondary education at Hampton School with 4 A Levels and 11 GCSEs.
