Isabel Rouse

Isabel Rouse serves as the Strategy Director for Payment Innovation at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas since July 2019 and is currently on maternity leave. Rouse is responsible for developing strategies for value-based care across multiple markets and manages a team focused on enterprise program portfolios and new program designs. Previous roles include Senior Business Consultant, where Rouse contributed to commercial value-based care strategies, and Leadership Development Fellow, working on strategic projects to enhance P&L performance. Rouse holds a Master of Health Services Administration from the University of Michigan School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Arts in Science in Society from Wesleyan University. Additional experience includes positions at Finch Therapeutics, OpenBiome, Bain & Company, and research roles at the American Institutes for Research and Wesleyan University.
