Jessica West Fernon has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as an Account Executive at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas since December 2014. Prior to this role, Jessica worked at Humana in various capacities including Agency Relationship Manager and Outside Sales Executive, where the focus was on educating agencies about wellness solutions and managing broker relationships. Jessica began her career at First Continental Life & Accident Insurance Company as an Account Manager, gaining valuable sales experience that laid the foundation for future success. Additionally, Jessica has a background as a Group Sales Representative at Professional Insurance Concepts, where the emphasis was on partnering with independent brokers. Jessica holds a degree in Business with a focus on Marketing from the University of Houston’s C.T. Bauer College of Business.
