Kelli Hickey

Kelli Hickey has extensive experience in account management and client services, currently serving as a Strategic Account Manager II at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas since October 2014. In this role, Kelli is responsible for managing and implementing a block of existing national accounts, addressing client issues, and coordinating meetings. Previous positions at the company include Strategic Account Manager and Client Service Specialist, where Kelli supported account executives and led special projects. Kelli began the professional journey as a Sales Account Associate at Blue Cross and Blue Shield and has also worked as a Business Development Associate at Staples Business Advantage, developing customer relationships and targeting new business. Early in the career, Kelli gained experience in patient care as a Care Partner at Little Company of Mary Hospital and in customer service as a Teller at Marquette Bank. Kelli holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies with a focus in Business Administration from Saint Xavier University.
